In anticipation of the building dedication and in response to your letter and telegram—a telegram was sent today from the Rebbe Shlita, and here is its text:
For the building dedication of Achei Temimim Rishon LeTzion, may it be G‑d's will that it be with outstanding success to increase and strengthen complete Torah—both revealed and inner aspects—reviving both the Divine and animal souls, and fostering love with both inclinations to raise students who will spread the wellsprings of the words of the living G‑d. May this be done with wholehearted service and within ever-expanding circles until "the earth will be filled with knowledge of Hashem" (Yeshayahu 11:9) in the true and complete redemption through our righteous Moshiach.
