מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבם, ואחכה להמשך בשורות הטובות, ובפרט בסידור ובניצול שהות השלוחים שליט"א באה"ק ת"ו ככל הדרוש, ומובן שזה תלוי בשיתוף פעולה של כל אנ"ש אשר באה"ק ת"ו, ובזה הצעירים צריכים להיות מהלוקחים חלק בראש, כיון שכחותיהם עדיין לא נשתמשו כ"כ שנים בעניני חול מרצם צ"ל גדול יותר והרתיחה דימי הבחרות עד ימי העמידה צריכים להשתמש בה כבכל שאר עניני הבריאה בכדי לעשות לו דירה בתחתונים ע"י עניני תורה ומצות, וע"פ המבואר בחסידות שענין דירה היא שאדם נמצא בו בכל עצמותו ועד"ז בדירת אדם העליון מוכרח לזה הפצת המעינות סתים דאורייתא שעי"ז מתקשרים בסתים דקוב"ה.
המצפה לבשו"ט וחותם בברכת הצלחה מופלגה בעבודתם בקדש שזהו תלוי בזה שיהיו כולם כאחד, וכמבואר בדברי רבנו הזקן בתניא פרק ל"ב.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter and await further good news, especially regarding the organization and utilization of the shluchim's stay in Eretz HaKodesh as needed. It is understood that this depends on the cooperation of all Anash in Eretz HaKodesh, and in this matter the youth should be at the forefront. Since their energies have not been spent for so many years on mundane matters by their own will, their drive should be even greater. The fervor of youth up to adulthood should be used—as with all other aspects of creation—to make a dwelling for Him in the lower realms through matters of Torah and mitzvos. As explained in Chassidus, a dwelling means that a person is present there with his entire essence; similarly, for the dwelling of the Supernal Man (Adam Elyon), it is necessary to spread the wellsprings—the hidden aspects—of Torah. Through this one connects to the hidden aspect of the Holy One Blessed Be He.
I await good news and sign off with blessings for outstanding success in your holy work—which depends on everyone being united as one, as explained by our master the Alter Rebbe in Tanya chapter 32.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that youthful energy should be dedicated to Torah, mitzvos, and spreading Chassidus. Success comes through unity and collective effort among all members of Anash in Eretz Yisrael.
