כיון שאחת ממטרות הראשיות דצעירי אגו"ח ואגו"ח הפצת המעינות ע"י כל האופנים האפשרים, מהנכון שיעוררו גם שאר הסניפים של צעירי אגו"ח להנהיג סדרים האמורים לעיל כיון שרב טוב צפון בזה, וכנ"ל, ומובן שברשותם לומר שעושים זה ע"פ הצעתי.
לפלא שלא נגעו בהפ"כ בשאלת הסיוע להתפתחות סניף נשי ובנות חב"ד אשר בכפר חב"ד, כיון שמתאוננות הן על העדר הסיוע מצד האנשים בהנוגע להרצאות ללמוד לפניהן וכו'... ויה"ר שיצליחו גם בזה, וגודל הזכות אין די באר.
בודאי יודיעו גם ע"ד התועדויות דיום הבהיר י"ב תמוז, כיון שכנראה מהפ"כ, הם מראשי המתעסקים בזה.
בודאי למותר לעוררם לעשות כל התלוי בהם להצלחתה הכי גדולה של שהות השלוחים שליט"א באה"ק ת"ו.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your detailed reports from the 12th and 24th of Sivan and the 2nd of Tammuz, and I am certain you will continue this good practice. My intention is not only to send these reports but also to add order to your work, as writing things down from the meeting and reviewing previous decisions at subsequent meetings greatly helps in ensuring their fulfillment and understanding the reasons for any unfulfilled details, etc. May it be G‑d's will that you immediately see positive results from this.
Since one of the main goals of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad and Agudas Chabad is spreading the wellsprings by all possible means, it is appropriate to encourage other branches of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad to implement these organizational practices as well, since much good is hidden within this approach, as mentioned above. You are permitted to say that you are doing this at my suggestion.
It is surprising that your report did not address assistance for the development of the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad branch in Kfar Chabad, since they complain about a lack of support from the men regarding lectures and study opportunities for them, etc... May it be G‑d's will that you succeed in this as well; the greatness of this merit cannot be adequately described.
Certainly you will also inform me about the gatherings on the bright day of Yud-Beis Tammuz, since it appears from your report that you are among those most involved in this matter.
It is surely unnecessary to remind you to do everything within your power for the greatest possible success regarding the stay of the shluchim shlita in Eretz HaKodesh Tehei Meshubachat.
