בשאלתו אם יעשה גם בשנה זו בחינוך ילדים בימי החופש מטעם צעירי אגו"ח.
נכון הדבר במאד מאד. ובפרט אשר בימי החופש אפשר להחדיר בהילדים עניני תורה ומצות ויראת שמים - בקל יותר, כיון שאין לימודי חול מבלבלים, וק"ל. וכבר שכרו מבואר בכמה מקומות. וכללותו, אשר נעשים מוחו ולבו זכים אלף פעמים ככה.
ובפרט ע"פ הפתגם הידוע של הבעש"ט אשר אהבתו של בורא עולם ומנהיגו לכל אחד ואחת מישראל היא באין ערוך גדולה מאהבת הורים לבן יחידם שנולד להם לעת זקנותם, שמזה מובן השכר הניתן להעוסק בזה והמשתדל בטוב האמיתי של בן ובת ישראל, היינו הדרכתם בדרך התורה והמצוה.
בשאלתו בהנוגע לשידוך, נכון הדבר שיתענין בזה. וזכות התעסקותו בהאמור בסעיף הנ"ל - יעמוד לו להצליח גם בזה.
בודאי שומר שלשת השיעורים השוים לכל נפש בחומש תהלים ותניא הידועים.

Regarding your question about whether to again organize children's education during the summer break under the auspices of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad this year: This is very, very appropriate. Especially since during the summer break it is easier to instill Torah, mitzvos, and fear of Heaven in children—since there are no secular studies to distract them. This is well understood.
The reward for this has already been explained in several places. In general, one's mind and heart become a thousand times more refined as a result. Especially according to the well-known saying of the Baal Shem Tov: The love that the Creator and Leader of the world has for every single Jew is incomparably greater than the love parents have for an only child born to them in their old age. From this we understand the reward given to one who engages in this work and strives for the true good of a Jewish boy or girl—that is, guiding them on the path of Torah and mitzvah.
Regarding your question about a shidduch (match), it is indeed proper that you take an interest in this. The merit of your involvement in what was mentioned above will also help you succeed in this area.
Certainly you maintain the three daily study portions—Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya—as is customary.
