I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 28th of Iyar with its enclosure, which was somewhat delayed on its way. In it you write about your good activities in recent weeks, and I await further letters bringing good news regarding the very recent weeks—especially about utilizing the time of Matan Torateinu (the Giving of our Torah) to spread the wellsprings outward in all directions.
My strong hope is that you meet from time to time with the elders of Anash and consult with them, as is well known and as our Sages explicitly instruct regarding the benefit of this matter. May Hashem grant you success to increase your activities with true broad-mindedness, and certainly you will be repaid manifold also in each individual's personal matters.
