במענה על מכתבו מט' סיון, נכון במאד מה שכותב שמחפש מזכיר להישיבה מתאים לעניני המזכירות ולענינים של כספים וכו' והוצאה בכגון דא הכנסה היא, ובפרט שמוכרח הוא בהתאם עם התפתחות הישיבה.
ובמ"ש אודות בי"ס לנערות, גם זה לדעתי מוכרח הוא וכמ"ש כמה פעמים, ובכדי לפצות דעת הבע"ב והחוששים וכו', הנה - בל"נ - אסלק המשכורת של המורים, מנהל וכיו"ב, דשני חדשים הראשונים דבית הספר זה, ובודאי במשך שני חדשים יוכלו לבסס מעמד הכספי, ומובן שיכול לפרסם זה, אלא שצריך להתיישב ולהתייעץ מתי העת המוכשרה לפרסום ענין זה בכדי שתהי' התועלת גדולה ככל האפשרי, ומובן שגם אופן הפרסום יכול לסייע בזה, היינו שיעשו מעין התחרות, שכיון שיראו שמכאן מספיקים ההוצאה לשני חדשים הראשונים, הרי פב"פ יקח על עצמו סכום כך וכך וכו'.
לפלא שאין כותב איך ניצלו ימי זמן מ"ת, ובטח גם עד"ז ימלא בהזדמנות הכי קרובה.

In response to your letter from the 9th of Sivan, what you write about seeking a secretary for the yeshiva who is suitable for secretarial matters and financial affairs, etc., is very correct. And in order to reassure the owners and those who are concerned, etc., I will—without making a vow—cover the salaries of the teachers, principal, and similar positions for the first two months of this school. Certainly within two months you will be able to establish financial stability. You may publicize this; however, you should carefully consider and consult when is the most opportune time to announce this matter so that the benefit will be as great as possible. It is also understood that the manner of publicity can help—for example, if it appears that from here funding for the first two months is provided, then each individual will take upon himself a certain amount, etc.
It is surprising that you did not write how you utilized the days of Matan Torah time; surely you will fill me in about this at your earliest opportunity.
