In response to your letter from the 14th of Iyar... Regarding what you wrote that some say one must push activism and actions until peace prevails between... since peace between them is greater than everything, it is understood that even though the one who says in his saying that peace is great is correct—as is known from several teachings of our Sages of blessed memory and also understood from the conclusion of the Midrash Esther Rabbah at its end, that all matters depend on abundant peace—nevertheless, it is also clear that one should not delay other activities even for a moment. Based on the well-known letter of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe (the Rebbe Rashab) of blessed memory, quoted in the introduction to Kuntres U'Maayan (page 22), in our times this is not the order for clarifications and one must engage in whatever comes to hand; see there.

Regarding what you wrote about the matter of a mikveh in Kibbutz Palasim: it was necessary to speak with the Central Family Purity Organization in Jerusalem Ir HaKodesh may it be rebuilt and established. It is understood that you are permitted to tell the chairman of the center, Haraha"g etc. Halperin, that this is being done at my suggestion. Certainly you will write about how things progress regarding building the mikveh and all the above.
