לכל אחד ואחת מאנ"ש, תושבי כפר חב"ד, המוסדות אשר שם, וביחוד בתי ספר למלאכה וחקלאות, התלמידים, המורים, המנהלים, העסקנים וההורים:
תקותי חזקה, אשר בעזר השי"ת, השומר בעינא פקיחא ומשגיח בהשגחה פרטית, תתגברו על כל מונע, תתחזקו בבנינים הפרטיים והציבוריים, תרחיבו כל המוסדות בכמות ובאיכות, ומתוך מנוחה והרחבת הדעת יתגדל ויתאדר לימוד תורתנו חומתנו, תורת חיים ודברי אלקים חיים, וקיום מצוותי' בשמחה ובטוב לבב וחי בהם, ומכפר חב"ד יפוצו מעינות החסידות תורת ומעשי נשיאינו הקדושים עד שיגיעו גם חוצה, לקרב לאבינו שבשמים את כל אחינו בני ישראל בחסד וברחמים, ולהביא הגאולה האמתית והשלימה על ידי משיח צדקנו בקרוב.
המשתתף בתפלתם ותעניתם, ומובטחני בהשי"ת שבקרוב ממש גם בשמחתם

Shalom u'Vrachah!
[7 Iyar 5716] To each and every one of Anash, residents of Kfar Chabad, the institutions there, and especially the vocational and agricultural schools, the students, teachers, administrators, activists, and parents:
My strong hope is that with the help of Hashem, Who watches with a vigilant eye and supervises with individual Providence, you will overcome every obstacle, strengthen your private and communal buildings, expand all the institutions in both quantity and quality. With tranquility and expanded consciousness, the study of our Torah—our fortress—Torat Chaim and words of the living G‑d will be elevated and glorified. The fulfillment of its mitzvos will be done with joy and gladness of heart—"and you shall live by them." From Kfar Chabad may the wellsprings of Chassidus—Torah and the deeds of our holy leaders—spread outward until they reach even further outwards, to draw all our Jewish brethren closer to our Father in Heaven with kindness and mercy. This will bring about the true and complete redemption through Moshiach Tzidkeinu speedily.
I join in your prayers and fasts, and I am assured by Hashem that very soon there will also be your true inner and complete joy—both materially and spiritually together.

Summary
The Rebbe urges strengthening both personal growth and communal institutions in Kfar Chabad while expanding outreach to bring others closer to Torah. Through unity, perseverance, joy in mitzvos, and spreading Chassidus outwardly, we hasten true redemption.
