In response to your question: Begin energetically with the construction of the new yeshiva building and the other buildings in the village. The fundraising campaign should be in the name of the institutions where the murdered, may G‑d avenge their blood, studied, for their development, etc.
In coordination with the appropriate offices, arrangements should be made for the students to sleep in the orchard as a security measure.
