Shalom u'Vrachah!
After your longest silence, your letter from Erev Shabbat Kodesh was received with its enclosure. Thank you for the good news about how Purim was celebrated in the shul. May it be G‑d's will that from now on there will be 'VeNahafoch Hu' (it will be turned around) to joy, etc., so that with joy you will energetically pursue the necessary expansion and development of the shul and its surroundings—both in material matters that are spiritual and in spiritual matters that are spiritual.
Certainly, your success in arranging matters of milah as well as the great merit given to you by Divine Providence to properly arrange the matter of the bakery—as our Sages say, one mitzvah brings another mitzvah—means that the merit of these matters will influence other areas as well, even those you do not mention. It is therefore understood that this will also bring you improvement in physical health. Besides the greatness of this matter itself—for regarding a Jewish body it is said 'and You have chosen us,' and as explained in Tanya this affects all aspects of serving Hashem...
With blessings for health and good news.
Summary
The Rebbe encourages channeling joy into energetic efforts for expanding both the physical and spiritual aspects of communal life. He teaches that each mitzvah brings further merit and blessings—including improved health—impacting all areas of one's service to Hashem.
