במענה על מכתבו מטו"ב אדר והמוסגר בו, ולפלא שגם הוא אינו מזכיר אודות הפצת המעינות חוצה ובפרט בימי הסגולה וכמו יום ההילולא, ימי הפורים דאזלינן מנייהו (וידוע הפירוש דאזלינן לשון הילוך, שנעשים בבחי' מהלך ולא כמדריגת הנשמה קודם ירידתה למטה שהיתה בבחי' עומד), ויה"ר שיתעסק בזה במרץ הכי גדול ובמילא יצליח וכידוע פסק בי"ד של מעלה, אשר בגלל המסירות נפש הלזו (של כ"ק רבנו הזקן) על תורת החסידות פסקו בבי"ד של מעלה אשר בכל ענין של תורה יראת שמים ומדות טובות תהי' יד מקושריו והולכי בעקבותיו על העליונה.

In response to your letter from the 15th of Adar and its enclosure, it is surprising that you too do not mention spreading the wellsprings outward, especially during auspicious times such as the day of the hilulah and the days of Purim da'azlinan minayhu (and it is known that da'azlinan means walking—that one becomes a 'mehalech,' a walker—not like the level of the soul before its descent below when it was in a state of 'omed,' stationary).
May it be G‑d's will that you engage in this with the greatest enthusiasm and thereby succeed. As is known from the ruling of the heavenly court, because of this self-sacrifice (of our master and teacher, Rabbeinu HaZaken) for the teachings of Chassidus, it was decreed above that in every matter of Torah, fear of Heaven, and good character traits, his followers and those who walk in his path will prevail.
Blessings for good news in all mentioned above.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that our role is to be 'walkers'—to progress spiritually by actively spreading Chassidus. Unlike the soul's stationary state before descending into this world, we must move forward with energy and dedication to fulfill our mission.
