It has been quite some time since I have heard from you, and may it be the will of Hashem that this is because all is well and in order. And since that is so, there is nothing to write (although our holy Nasi—may his merit protect us—never agreed with this approach and hoped and expected to be informed also about good things; especially since you are certainly involved in matters of Judaism, and you too are active in this in a significant measure, so there is indeed something to report).

Some time ago I read about the struggle you had regarding the character of your shul, and that the judge ruled in your favor based on the charter of the shul.

And since a shul in Pittsburgh now has a similar problem due to the attitude of some members, and according to reports they can also make the same claim as you did, I therefore think that if they were sent all the material from your case along with the court decision, it would be very helpful for them—especially since it is customary here that one judge greatly considers the opinion and ruling of another judge in a similar case.

If obtaining this material involves expenses, the effort of the clerk or similar matters, it goes without saying that Machane Yisrael will take care of it and send a check for whatever amount you indicate.
