במענה על מכתבו, בו כותב שמתעסק בשדה חינוך הכשר, ויהי רצון שיוסיף אומץ בזה, וכידוע פסק רז"ל שצריך להיות מעלין בקדש, ובפרט בתקופתנו זו שנתרבו הנסיונות בחיי איש הישראלי שצריך להחדיר בהתלמידים יראת שמים במדה גדולה ככל האפשרי, ולהסבירם שזה צריך להתבטא בחיים היום יומים, ואין בזה נפקא מינה כ"כ איזה מקצוע מלמד הוא לתלמידיו, כיון שליראת שמים נזקקים ומוכרחים בתור יסוד בכל עניני האדם כמובן, וגדולה הזכות כשמשתדלים בזה ככל הדרוש, שבמילא גם מצליחים להרבות ברכות השי"ת והצלחתו להמשתדל וב"ב שי', ומובן גם כן שבהתאם להאמור צריך להרבות במדת היראת שמים של עצמו.
מהנכון הי' לבדוק את התפילין שלו וכן את המזוזות בביתו שיהיו כולן כשרות כדין, ושיקבע לו שיעור לימוד בתורת החסידות, ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.

In response to your letter, in which you write that you are involved in the field of kosher education: May it be G‑d's will that you increase your strength in this work. As is well known from our Sages' ruling, one must always ascend in matters of holiness—especially in our times when challenges facing Jewish life have increased. It is necessary to instill awe of Heaven into students as much as possible and explain that this must be expressed in their daily lives. It does not make a significant difference which subject you teach your students, since awe of Heaven is needed and essential as a foundation for all aspects of a person's life. The merit is great when one strives to do this properly; consequently, one also succeeds in increasing blessings from the Holy One, blessed be He, and His success for the one who strives—and for his family as well. It is also understood that accordingly, one must increase his own measure of awe of Heaven.
It would be appropriate to check your tefillin and also the mezuzot in your home to ensure they are all kosher according to halachah. You should also establish a regular study session in Chassidus. There is nothing that stands before one's will.
