However, it is understood—as explained elsewhere at length—that every effort and even toil in educating the younger generation is worthwhile, since even a small positive change at the time in a student can affect fundamental matters throughout his entire life, as can be seen even with physical eyes.

Surely you will continue to report about teachers volunteering to exert themselves physically as well regarding increasing the number of students. It is already well known what our Sages ruled: "You have toiled and found." Surely there is no need to remind you about appropriate efforts in organizing the Yud Shevat yahrzeit gathering so that all schools participate. By preparing ahead of time, you can utilize the gathering as much as possible, and may Hashem grant you success.
