In response to your letter from the sixth of Teves. Regarding what you wrote about the Ketz (the end), there is no more revealed Ketz than what our Sages said: "All the deadlines have passed and the matter depends only on teshuvah." From this comes a practical directive to know the call of the hour—that everyone must strengthen themselves in teshuvah and also influence their surroundings in this regard. Since the future redemption will not be followed by another exile, G‑d forbid, all sparks must be refined. See the explanation and distinction between 'Ketz Be'itah' (the set time) and 'Ketz Achishenah' (I will hasten it) in Sefer Shaarei Orah by Admor HaEmtza'i p. 173 and onward.

As you requested, you and your wife and daughter—may they live—will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, Admor zatzal nishmaso Eden. Observing the three daily study portions established by my father-in-law Admor zatzal nishmaso Eden in Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya about which you wrote at the end of your letter—and surely you also have a set time for studying Chassidus in general—will stand for you for all your needs with good visible blessings.
