Greetings and blessing!

I acknowledge receipt of the telegrams from the places you passed through, and of the letter from Antwerp, and I await the continuation of the good tidings also from the Holy Land, may it be rebuilt and established. Surely it is superfluous to repeat once again my request that you visit the settlements of Anash, may they live, and our institutions, and convey joyful regards from here, together with suitable points of words of inspiration. May G‑d, may He be blessed, grant you the merit and success to report, too, joyful and detailed regards from all the places you will visit; and this will also add to G‑d's blessing in your personal affairs, so that in these too you will be able to bring good tidings.

It is surprising that you do not write details of your talk with the communal activists in the cities you passed through, in London [and] Rotterdam; perhaps you will make up for this in your next letters.

With blessing for success in your holy work, awaiting good and detailed tidings.
