In response to your letter from the first of Kislev: Thank you for the regards, even though briefly, about your visit to the institutions and settlements of Anash in Eretz HaKodesh, and for conveying regards from here, etc. May it be G‑d's will that these words have an effect on the listeners (and generally, may they at least have as much effect on the speaker), bringing things into action—which is the main thing in daily life throughout the rest of the year.
It would be proper if all or at least some of the guests who were here would visit every branch of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad to encourage and inspire them to strengthen and expand their activities. There is a strong presumption that such outreach does not return empty...
Certainly you are making the necessary preparations to utilize Yud Tes Kislev and the fifth candle of Chanukah in the best possible way. Please inform me with appropriate details.
