הוראות בעניני המקוה מכ"ק אדמו"ר (מוהרש"ב) נ"ע, הם ע"פ רשימת הרב מוה"ר יעקב שי' לנדא - שהיו לעיני כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר כאן, ואישרם אשר נכונים המה, ולכן אין פלא שאינו מפורסם לע"ע בתוככי אנ"ש, כיון שרק כשש שנים שנתפרסמו בארצוה"ב.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 9th of Tammuz, and certainly you will be strengthened in increasing the number of students, which will in turn also increase the quality. As I have already written before, this is also understood from our Sages' saying: "A thousand enter to study Scripture... one emerges to teach," and may it be G‑d's will that it be with success.
The guidelines regarding the mikveh from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe (the Rashab) of blessed memory, are based on the notes of Rabbi Yaakov Landau—these were reviewed by my father-in-law here and he confirmed that they are correct. Therefore, it is not surprising that they are not yet widely known among Anash, since they were publicized in this country only about six years ago.
Enclosed is a booklet about the continuation of the imprisonment, which will surely benefit many through its content—and the merit of the public depends on him.
