Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter: As you requested, all those you wrote about will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory.
Regarding your question whether to observe the three daily study portions (Chitas) also on Shabbat and Yom Tov—it is obvious that you should do so; indeed, it is even more appropriate. As for your note that some do not recite Tehillim on Shabbat and Yom Tov—this is not correct. The custom in all Jewish communities is to increase the recitation of Tehillim on Shabbat and Yom Tov.
Concerning what you wrote about rectification for the known sin: one must be careful with immersion as prescribed by Ezra, keep words of Torah engraved in one's memory—especially studying Mishnayot—and increase involvement with words of Torah and prayer. Give charity before morning prayers every weekday. Engage in teaching others and in education matters conducted in purity. Most importantly: divert your mind from the entire matter—even from its rectification—until after marriage.
Blessings for Torah study with awe of Heaven.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that Chitas should be studied and Tehillim recited even on Shabbat and Yom Tov. He also provides practical steps for spiritual growth: immersion, Torah study, charity, education in holiness, and focusing one's thoughts away from past missteps until after marriage.
