במענה על מכתבו מבדר"ח הגאולה, גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע נשיא דורנו, בו כותב אשר נסתדרו בבית מגורם החדש, דורא.
הנה יה"ר שיהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת, וינצל האפשריות שניתנה לו להפיץ תורת החסידות הדרכותי' ומנהגי' בין אנשים כאלו שלולי זאת לא היו יודעים עד"ז, ובדרכי נועם ובדרכי שלום לא רק בהבית בו דרים אלא בכל העיר כולה, שע"פ ד"ת היא כד' אמותיו של האדם בהנוגע לעניני עירובין, וכידוע ביאור ענין העירוב מבואר בההמשך דמצה זו תר"מ, ויה"ר שיהי' זה מתוך בריאות הנכונה ובשמחה וטוב לבב.

In response to your letter from before Rosh Chodesh HaGeulah, the redemption of our revered teacher my father-in-law the Rebbe zatzukal l'havdil ben chayim mezakeh zichro yagen aleinu nasi doreinu, in which you write that you have settled into your new home in Dora. May it be G‑d's will that this be at an auspicious and successful time, and that you utilize the opportunity given to you to spread the teachings of Chasidut—its guidance and customs—among people who otherwise would not have known about it. Do so pleasantly and peacefully, not only within your own home but throughout the entire city. According to Torah law, the city is considered like one's four cubits regarding matters of eruvin. As is known, the explanation of eruv is discussed in the maamar "Matza Zo" from 5640. May it be G‑d's will that this be with proper health and with joy and gladness of heart.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that moving to a new place is an opportunity to spread Chasidut beyond one's home to the entire city. This should be done with kindness and peace, bringing blessing both spiritually and materially.
