I acknowledge receipt of your letter from 7 Sivan, and it is understood that what I wrote in my previous letter—that it is proper to avoid internal examinations—applies only during pregnancy and not before or after childbirth.

Regarding your writing that you cannot take on more work in Kerem Chabad due to financial circumstances: I have already written to several people from Anash that working in Kerem Chabad is not doing a favor for our holy Rebbe, but primarily a favor for themselves—not only regarding matters of the World to Come but also matters of this world: health and livelihood. Therefore, if one finds themselves in a situation where health or livelihood is lacking G‑d forbid, one of the remedies is to increase work in Kerem Chabad. One should not say that only after recognizing the benefit will they take the remedy for their situation; this is obvious. This is similar to our Sages' saying: "Salt for money is its reduction" (Ketubot 66b). May it be G‑d's will that these words be absorbed by you with the intent to act upon them, and that it will overflow so you can inspire your friends as well.
