It is understood how great this matter is from what is written: 'U'MeHashem Isha Maskeles' (and from Hashem comes a wise wife), and as our Sages say, that already from the six days of Creation it is specifically the Holy One Blessed Be He Who arranges matches. Anyone involved in this has a very great reward, as explained in many places...
