במענה על מכתבו מעש"ק, בו שואל אודות הזריקות (איינשפּריצונגען) שעושים עתה לילדים קטנים, איך ינהג בזה.
הנה בכגון דא נאמר אל תפרוש מן הצבור, וינהג כמו שעושים רוב הכתה בבית הספר בה לומדים ילידיהם שיחיו, ויעזרם השי"ת לגדל את כל ילידיהם שיחיו לתורה ולחופה ולמעשים טובים מתוך הרחבה.
בברכה לקבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות.

In response to your letter from Erev Shabbat Kodesh, in which you ask about the injections (Einshpritsungen) currently being given to young children and how one should act regarding this: In such matters it is said, "Do not separate yourself from the community," and you should act as does the majority of the class in the school where your children learn. May Hashem help you to raise all your children for Torah, marriage, and good deeds with abundance.
With blessings for receiving the Torah with joy and inwardness.
