נעם לי לקבל מכתבו מערב חג הפסח - במצב רוח טוב בהרבה יותר מאשר במכתביו הקודמים. ויה"ר מהשי"ת שלא רק שישאר במצב רוח כזה, אלא אדרבה עוד יוסיף בבטחונו בהשי"ת, ובמילא במנוחת הנפש ובשמחה, שעי"ז יתוסף גם המרץ בעבודתו בקדש.
בודאי אקבל ימים אלו ידיעות מפעולת הרישום, וההשקפות לשנת לימודים הבע"ל.
מ"ש שמרגיש הוא שבמקצוע ההוראה עדיין חלוש הוא, הרי מקרא ישן נושן הוא, ומדבר בכאו"א ממין האדם, אשר עיר פרא אדם יולד, וממילא מובן שאך צעד אחר צעד הולכים בדרך ובמסילה העולה בית א-ל, להיות אדם הממלא את תפקידו לשמש את קונו בכל כחותיו ובכל יכולתו. וכיון שהמטרה היא התאחדות במהות ועצמות א"ס ב"ה ה"ז מובן שגם הדרך אין סופית היא. וכמו שכל אחד מבני ובנות ישראל כבר צעד לפנים מהנקודה הראשונה שבדרכו - הרי, מצד השני, עדיין אפשר לו להשתלם עוד יותר ויותר. וע"פ מרז"ל רגלי החיות כנגד כולם, וכמבואר בתניא סוף פרק י"ג, הנה כל המעלות ומדריגות שלמטה - הם כאין לגבי מעלת ומדריגת - היינו לגבי הנקודה - שיבוא אלי' לאחר שישתלם עוד מעט ועוד מעט להגיע לשלימות, שלכן מתאים לזה גם אופן הסייעתא דשמיא - שהיא ג"כ באופן כזה, וכמבואר באגה"ק סי' י"ד, אשר בכל יום ויום נמשכין מוחין עליונים מבחינה עליונה יותר שלא הי' מאיר עדיין מעולם עיי"ש, וכמו שהוא בכללות ובדברים עיקרים כן הוא גם בכל מקצוע וענין. ובמילא הרגש הנ"ל צריך לעורר תוספת כח ויגיעה ובמילא תהי' גם תוספת בההצלחה ובה'מצאת'.
בברכת הצלחה בכל הנ"ל, ולבשו"ט גם בעניניהם הפרטים שלו ושל כב"ב שיחיו.

I was pleased to receive your letter from before Pesach—in much better spirits than your previous letters. May it be the will of Hashem that not only should you remain in such a positive mood, but even more so, you should increase your trust in Hashem. This will bring greater peace of mind and joy, which in turn will add energy to your holy work.
Certainly I will soon receive updates about the registration activities and plans for the upcoming school year.
You write that you feel you are still lacking in your teaching skills. This is an old issue and applies to every human being—'a wild donkey is born a man.' It is understood that one advances step by step on the path that leads upward to the House of G‑d: becoming a person who fulfills his role to serve his Creator with all his strength and ability.
Since the goal is unity with the essence of the Infinite One, it follows that the journey itself is also infinite. Just as every Jew has already advanced beyond their starting point on this path—so too, from another perspective, there is always room for further improvement.
As our Sages say: 'The legs of the Chayos correspond to all,' and as explained at the end of chapter 13 of Tanya—all lower levels are as nothing compared to the next level one will reach after just a bit more effort toward completion. Accordingly, Divine assistance also comes in this manner—as explained in Iggeres HaKodesh section 14—that each day new higher intellects are drawn down from an even loftier source that never shone before; see there. This applies both generally and in every specific area.
Therefore, this feeling should inspire increased effort and diligence—and as a result there will also be increased success and accomplishment.
With blessings for success in all the above, and for good news also regarding your personal matters and those of your family.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that self-improvement and mastery—especially in teaching—are lifelong journeys with no endpoint. Each step forward opens new heights for growth, aided by ever-renewed Divine assistance. Feelings of inadequacy should motivate greater effort rather than discouragement.
