מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבם משילהי אדר, דו"ח מפעולותיהם בקדש. ויה"ר מהשי"ת שרבות בשנים יעלה בידם לקיים פסק רז"ל מעלין בקדש, ויוסיפו בהפצת התורה בכלל ובהפצת המעיינות בפרט ככל האפשרי, עד שנזכה כולנו לקיום היעוד, ומעיין מבית ה' יצא והשקה, וכמבואר הענין בארוכה בהמשך וככה הגדול ועוד יותר בקונטרס ומעין.
בכלל אין דעתי נוחה ממה שמפצלים הענינים והפעולות ולכל ענין מנגנון מיוחד ושם מיוחד, שמלבד שמבלים כחות על ענינים של מה בכך, הנה כמה דברים שהם בבחי' נר לאחד נר למאה מכפילים ומשלשים אותו, ובמילא, חסרה ההשתדלות במקום אחר, מובן שלפעמים יש טעמים שאי אפשר לערב, עכ"פ כלפי חוץ שני דברים יחד, אבל זה צ"ל יוצא מן הכלל, ולא כהתנועה שבין הצעירים, שמכל דבר ודבר נעשה פרק, ואולי גם ספר בפ"ע וכו'. ומהנכון הי' שיעשו אסיפה מהנהלת צעירי אגו"ח, ובהשתתפות מזקני אנ"ש, וידונו על מדוכה זו, ויעבירו בשבט הבקורת כל הפעולות השונות הנעשים ע"י אנ"ש אגו"ח וצעירי אגו"ח בירושת"ו, ויחפשו אופנים שאפשר יהי' לרַכז הדברים בכדי שתהי' הפעולה גדולה יותר, וכבר נמנו וגמרו ותשועה ברוב יועץ דוקא.
בברכה לבשו"ט בכל הנ"ל ומהצלחתם בהמושפעים שלהם ביחוד.

השם אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש או אפילו בהשמטת התיבה אהלי, הנה מכמה טעמים בהנוגע לפעולות באה"ק ת"ו, הרי, לעת עתה, הוא רק לבתי ספר הרשת. ויש לסלקו משאר הענינים.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the end of Adar, reporting on your sacred activities. May it be the will of Hashem that in many more years you will succeed in fulfilling our Sages' ruling: "Ma'alin b'Kodesh" (we ascend in holiness), and that you increase in spreading Torah in general and especially in spreading the wellsprings as much as possible, until we all merit the fulfillment of the prophecy: "And a spring will go out from the House of Hashem and water..." (see its detailed explanation at length in Hemshech Vekacha HaGadol and even more so in Kuntres U'Maayan).
In general, I am not pleased with dividing up matters and activities, giving each its own mechanism and name. Besides wasting energy on trivial matters, some things that are like 'a candle for one is a candle for a hundred' get multiplied unnecessarily, which means effort is lacking elsewhere. Of course, sometimes there are reasons why two things can't be mixed together outwardly, but this should be an exception—not like the trend among youth where every little thing becomes a separate chapter or even its own book, etc.
It would be appropriate to hold a meeting of the leadership of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad with participation from elder Anash to discuss this issue thoroughly. They should critically review all various activities done by Anash Aguch and Tzeirei Aguch in Jerusalem, seeking ways to consolidate efforts so that the impact will be greater. It is already established: 'Salvation comes with much counsel.'

P.S. The name "Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch," or even omitting "Oholei," for several reasons regarding activities in Eretz HaKodesh at this time applies only to network schools; it should be removed from other matters.
