במענה על מכתבו מעשירי למטמונים, בו כותב אף כי בקיצור נמרץ על דבר תכנית השיעורים הקיימים לעת עתה, ויהי רצון מהשם יתברך ויתעלה אשר יעלה ביד מגידי השיעורים להשיג המטרה, היינו שיהיו נכנסים דבריהם ללב השומעים, והוא על ידי שני התנאים הידועים, שכל מי שיש בו יראת שמים דבריו נשמעים (ברכות ו, ע"ב), ודברים היוצאים מן הלב נכנסים אל הלב (מאמר רז"ל הובא בספר הישר לרבנו תם שער י"ג ובשל"ה הקדוש שער האותיות). ויצליחם בתלמידים מקשיבים ומביאים הענינים בפועל כי גדול תלמוד (דוקא) שמביא לידי מעשה.
בהנוגע להתכנית בעתיד בעבודה קדושה זו, הנה דברתי עם הרה"ג וו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ בעל מרץ כו' הרב"א שי' גאראדעצקי, ובקרוב יבוא עמהם בכתובים בפרטיות המתאימה.

In response to your letter from the tenth of Matmonim, in which you write—albeit very briefly—about the current schedule of classes: May it be the will of Hashem Yisborach v'Yisaleh that those giving the classes succeed in achieving their goal—that their words enter the hearts of the listeners. This is accomplished through two well-known conditions: anyone who possesses fear of Heaven has their words heard (Berachos 6b), and words that come from the heart enter the heart (as our Sages said, brought in Sefer HaYashar by Rabbeinu Tam, Shaar 13, and in Shlah HaKadosh, Shaar HaOtiyot).
May they succeed with attentive students who bring these matters into action, for study is great (specifically) because it leads to action.
Regarding future plans in this holy work: I have spoken with Haraha"g vavac"h iy"a nu"n oseik b'tzt"z ba'al meretz etc. Harab'a Garadetski, and soon he will correspond with you in writing with appropriate details.
