במענה על מכתבו (בלי הוראת זמן הכתיבה) בו כותב אודות העתונים שנדפס בם בקשר עם יום ההילולא. הנה יישר כחו על כל מה שעשה בזה ויישר חילו גם על להבא ולא להסתפק בשביעת רצון מהנ"ל אלא אדרבה, ובמכש"כ וק"ו ומה בהתעוררות דעד עתה פעלו הנ"ל, הרי עאכו"כ כשירבו בהתעוררות ובהתאמצות, הרי תגדלנה הפעולות כ"פ ככה והמפורסמות אינן צריכים ראי'.
מ"ש אודות הדפסת שיחה, הרי כבר כתבתי לו שבהגדרות מסוימות היינו שתהי' העתקה בסגנון שוטף, ובהשמטת כפילות דברים (המוכרחות בעת השיחה מפני ביאת פנים חדשות וכיו"ב) ובהודעה שזוהי העתקה חפשית ובלתי מוגה כדאי ונכון הדבר, והשי"ת יצליחו לעשות יותר ויותר בהפצת המעיינות חוצה שבודאי ימשיך זה תוספת ברכה והצלחה בעניניו הפרטים.

In response to your letter (without a date) in which you write about the newspapers that published material in connection with the day of the hilulah. I thank you for all you have done in this regard and encourage you to continue even more in the future. Do not be satisfied with what has been accomplished so far; on the contrary, and certainly all the more so—if until now your efforts have had such an effect, then how much more so will increased enthusiasm and effort multiply these activities many times over. Well-known matters need no proof.
Regarding your question about publishing a sichah: I have already written to you that under certain conditions—meaning it should be transcribed in a flowing style, omitting repeated points (which are necessary during the talk due to new attendees, etc.), and with a note that this is a free and unedited adaptation—it is worthwhile and proper to do so. May Hashem grant you success to do more and more in spreading the wellsprings outward, which will surely bring additional blessing and success in your personal matters.

P.S. Enclosed is something recently published which will surely be of benefit regarding what was mentioned above. In accordance with your letter from 22 Teves—surely they will send here the weekly "Panim el Panim" and the book "Yechidei Segulah." I have already pointed out several times that it is worthwhile to explain to authors and publishers of all types about the benefit of having all their publications available in our library here.
