Shalom u'Vrachah!

In response to your letter from the 8th of Adar, the month when we increase in joy, in which you write about your health situation: as you requested, I will mention you at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may the memory of the righteous be a blessing for life in the World to Come), for improved health and for good news in all other matters as well.

It is surely unnecessary to remind you that as you increase in Torah and mitzvot in general—and particularly by establishing a set time for learning Chassidut with consistency both in soul and schedule—so too will Hashem increase His blessings for all your needs both materially and spiritually.

As you requested, your sister will also be mentioned at the holy resting place for a complete recovery—certainly she conducts herself according to the law of Moshe and Israel as is customary among upright Jewish women. May Hashem grant her success.

As per your request, your brother will also be mentioned at the holy resting place for all his material and spiritual needs.

You surely know about the three daily study practices instituted by my father-in-law, the Rebbe: (a) Reciting a portion of Tehillim each day after Shacharit as divided according to the days of the month; (b) Studying a section of Chumash with Rashi’s commentary from that week’s parsha—on Sunday from the beginning until Sheini, Monday from Sheini until Shlishi, etc.; (c) Learning a daily portion of Tanya as divided throughout the year—and that you observe these. Also inform others about these practices in your surroundings; may it be G‑d’s will that the merit of many should depend on you when you inspire them in this way.

With blessing,
On behalf of the Rebbe shlita,
A. Kvent
Secretary
