מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מט' טבת עם המצורפים אליו, ונהניתי ממ"ש, עכ"פ בקצרה, אודות פעולותיהם בחדש כסלו, ובפרט ביום הבהיר י"ט כסלו חג גאולתינו ופדות נפשינו, ואחכה להמשך הדו"ח כפי שמזכירים במכתבם, ויה"ר אשר ההחלטות הטובות שנתקבלו תומשכנה בפ"מ, כי הרי המעשה הוא העיקר, אף שאין מזכירים עד"ז - בודאי אחת החלטות האלו שהפגישות די"ט כסלו תומשך פעולתם לאח"ז.
נהניתי ממ"ש שסו"ס ישתדלו שהבטאון יקבל רשיון רשמי, וכיון שאינני יודע אופן ההשתדלות בזה - באם הוא בגדר נר לאחד נר למאה - יש לצרף לההשתדלות גם הוצאת השמועסין באה"ק ת"ו. שתקותי שסו"ס יתחילו בהוצאה לאור, אע"פ שמתנהג השקו"ט בזה זה כמה חדשים (אף שכנראה ממכתב הרה"ח הר"א שי' פאריז מתחדשים מניעות ועכובים מזמן לזמן, אבל הרי כבר נאמר קץ שם לחשך ובמילא גם מניעות ועכובים באה"ק ת"ו להפצת המעיינות חוצה ג"כ גבול להם), ויה"ר שיהי' בהקדם האפשרי.
בהדו"ח מזכירים רק רעננה, וכמדומה שנמצא שם מוסד ד"ר צימרמן שי' שביקר כאן, וכן נמצא שם אחד ושמו מר עפשטיין שהי' פה בימי השמע"צ ושמח"ת - וכדאי הי' לבקרם כשיהי' שם בפעם הבאה. וקירוב דעת זה בטח יביא לפעולות טובות.
לפלא שמוסד - הרשת מזכירים רק כפר סבא, ואולי אין זה אלא חסרון בכתיבה ולא בהפועל.
המכתב מבת-ים לע"ע לא נתקבל. והשי"ת יצליחם בעבודתם בקדש למעלה מן הטבע, ושבהצלחה זו תהי' ג"כ התוספת ברצון ובמרץ מתאים לדרישת השעה.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 9th of Teves with its enclosures. I was pleased by what you wrote, even if briefly, about your activities in the month of Kislev, especially on the bright day of Yud-Tes Kislev, the festival of our redemption and the liberation of our souls. I await the continuation of your report as you mention in your letter. May it be G‑d's will that the good resolutions made will continue to be fulfilled in actual deed, for action is paramount. Even if this is not explicitly mentioned—certainly one such resolution is that the impact of the meetings on Yud-Tes Kislev will continue afterward.
I was pleased to read that you are finally making efforts for the journal to receive official licensing. Since I do not know how these efforts are being conducted—whether they are "a candle for one is a candle for a hundred"—you should also include in these efforts the publication of the talks in Eretz Yisrael. My hope is that you will finally begin publishing them, even though discussions about this have been ongoing for several months (and although it seems from Reb Eliezer Paris's letter that new difficulties and obstacles arise from time to time, it has already been said: "Ketz sam lachoshech" (He set an end to darkness), and so too there is a limit to obstacles and hindrances in Eretz Yisrael regarding spreading the wellsprings outward). May it be as soon as possible.
In your report you mention only Raanana. It seems there is an institution there led by Dr. Zimmerman who visited here, and also someone named Mr. Epstein who was here during Shemini Atzeres and Simchas Torah—it would be worthwhile to visit them when you are next there. Such closeness will surely lead to good results.
It is surprising that regarding institutions—the network—you mention only Kfar Saba; perhaps this is just an omission in writing and not in practice. The letter from Bat Yam has not yet been received.
May Hashem grant you success in your holy work beyond nature, and may this success bring increased desire and energy appropriate for what is required at this time.
