In response to your letter from the 19th of Menachem Av. I was pleased with what you wrote about the development of the yeshiva's affairs. An additional and essential point is that the yeshiva building should be a central place for all matters of Judaism in purity and holiness, illuminated by the light within Torah—that is, the teachings of Chassidus—and not only for yeshiva matters. That means all classes should be taught there and visitors should be inspired regarding matters of fear of Heaven. People should gather there as needed to discuss communal affairs connected with various aspects of fear of Heaven, etc.

And certainly and obviously, in this building there should be farbrengens for Anash—even for those who are not yet fully part of Anash—on special days in the month of Kislev: Yud Kislev and Yud-Tes Kislev, the month of redemption. Certainly this will be successful.

Regarding what you wrote about your daughter Rivkah—how she can influence her friends: Surely, as someone raised in a chassidic home, she has knowledge that some of her friends do not have. Likewise, there are surely girls younger than her whom she can influence in general matters of Judaism as well. With proper contemplation I hope you will guide her on these matters and ways, and may Hashem grant you success.
