Regarding your question about how much time per day should be set for learning Chassidus, there are two points: a) Learning Chassidus is essential; b) For beginners, one should not overload them so they do not drop out of the yeshiva entirely. However, the goal should be to approach as much as possible, but only if it is possible, that there be Chassidus study both in the morning and evening, especially on Shabbos and Thursday night.

As you wrote in your letter that surely detailed information was received regarding the dedication of the building, this fulfills what our Sages said: 'A pot belonging to partners...'—each relies on the other—and thus each one informs in this manner. It would be proper that when dividing all areas of work in the yeshiva, the responsibility for reporting details here should fall upon one person's shoulders specifically. That way it will be certain that reports about what is happening will reach here, etc.
