שלום וברכה!
נעם לי לקבל מכתבו מבשר טוב וברכה, אשר סידרו את בנם זאב יחזקאל שליט"א הכהן שילמוד לימודי קדש כל היום כולו, ולקח חלק בסידור מחלקה בזה, שבמילא נעשה זה ג"כ ענין דזכות הרבים, שע"ז כבר פסקו רז"ל שזכות הרבים תלוי בו, ועיין באגה"ק - סי' כ"א - של רבנו הזקן בעל התניא - פוסק בנסתר דתורה - והשו"ע - פוסק בנגלה דתורה - אשר ענין העקדה עצמה אינה נחשבת כ"כ לגבי הענין שאברהם אבינו עשה זאת בזריזות נפלאה להראות שמחתו וחפצו למלאות רצון קונו ולעשות נח"ר ליוצרו, עיי"ש, ומובטח הקב"ה לקיים הבטחתו בתורתנו תורת חיים, אשר הנהגה כזו הרי ככתוב באגה"ק שם מגינה ומצילה בפירותי' בעוה"ז כו'.
והרי גם בענין הנ"ל נעשה הדבר פעמים רבות, כי בכל יום ויום שילמוד בנם שי' לימודי קדש באותן השעות שהי' עלול ללימודים אחרים, הרי נעשה הדבר עוד הפעם, שבמילא גם על זה חל הלימוד דתוספת ברכה הבאה לפי רוב המעשה, און השם יתברך זאל העלפען, אייך ביידען, דעם טאטען מיט דער מאמען, צו ערפילען זייער הארץ פארלאנג בקרוב ולבשר טובות תכה"י.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I was pleased to receive your letter bearing good news and blessing, that you arranged for your son Ze'ev Yechezkel shlita Kohen to study sacred subjects all day long, and that you took part in organizing a class for this purpose. As a result, this also becomes a matter of merit for the many, about which our Sages have already ruled that the merit of the many depends on him. See Iggeres HaKodesh - section 21 - by our master the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya (the authority in the hidden aspects of Torah), and Shulchan Aruch (the authority in the revealed aspects of Torah), who writes that the act of the Akeidah itself is not considered as significant compared to Avraham Avinu's extraordinary alacrity to show his joy and desire to fulfill his Creator's will and bring satisfaction to his Maker—see there. And the Holy One, blessed be He, is assured to fulfill His promise in our Torah of life, that such conduct—as written there in Iggeres HaKodesh—protects and saves with its fruits in this world, etc.
And indeed regarding this matter as well, it occurs many times: every day that your son shlita studies sacred subjects during hours when he could have been engaged in other studies, it is as if it happens again; therefore, this too falls under the teaching that additional blessing comes according to the abundance of action. May Hashem Yisbarach help both of you—the father and mother—to fulfill your heart's desire soon and to share good tidings speedily.

P.S. It goes without saying that you are permitted to show my letter or convey its content to all those who have already done likewise—and certainly even more so to those who have not yet chosen true goodness and thus have not yet experienced what was mentioned above in practice. There is a strong presumption that publicity does not return empty-handed—especially when one adds words from the heart, which enter the heart. May Hashem grant you success in being a good emissary also in this lofty matter.
