Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from Sunday in which you write that you participate in Chasidus study sessions on Shabbos but are very busy all week: it is clear that this is not sufficient at all. As our Sages say, "One who accepts upon himself the yoke of Torah—other yokes are removed from him," so when you occupy your mind with Torah study in general and especially with the study of the soul of Torah—that is, Chasidus—you will diminish other distractions.
Additionally, it is necessary that chapters of Mishnayos and Tanya be engraved in your memory so that even when you are busy you can review them by heart.
The idea to move your residence because your neighbors are not as they should be is correct. May it be G‑d's will that 'one who changes his place changes his fortune' for good, blessing, and livelihood so that you can serve Hashem with a settled mind.
May Hashem fulfill the days of your wife's pregnancy properly and easily, and may she give birth to healthy offspring at the right time in a proper and easy manner.
With blessings for a good inscription and sealing.
Summary
Immersing oneself in Torah and Chasidus lessens life's distractions. Memorizing sacred texts allows spiritual focus even during busy times. Choosing a positive environment supports growth, while trust in Hashem brings blessing in family and livelihood.
