ת"ח על הספרים שמזכיר במכתבו ושבטח כבר שלחם ומובן שהוצאות המשלוח וכן נסיעתו בענינים אלו עליו להודיע להמזכירות שלי, וכבר ידוע סיפור כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר בכגון דא שאם אין רוצים לקחת הוצאות כאלו וחפצים אויסנעמען כו' הרי סו"ס זה מונע בהעבודה כיון שלהנה"ב יש מה לטעון ובמילא גם הוא ינהג כמאמר הכתוב אל תצדק הרבה ויודיע ע"ד ההוצאות ויסולקו בצירוף תודה.

Thank you for the books you mentioned in your letter, which you have surely already sent. It is understood that the shipping expenses as well as your travel related to these matters should be reported to my secretariat. It is already known the story of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, in such cases: if one does not want to accept such expenses and wishes to forgo them, ultimately this hinders the work, since the yetzer hara (evil inclination) has grounds to object. Therefore, he too should act according to the verse 'Al Titzdak Harbeh' (Do not be overly righteous) and inform regarding the expenses so they will be reimbursed along with thanks.
Blessings for good arrangements both materially and spiritually together, and for a good inscription and sealing.
