... בנוגע לשאלתם שיש מורים כאלו אשר יש חשש שאינם מתאימים לתפקידם, הרי כבר ידוע פסק תורתנו שבלמוד תלמידים צריכים להתחשב עם תועלת התלמידים ובכלל תועלת הרבים דוחה תועלת היחיד. אלא שבזה יש להביא בחשבון שבחנוך נוגע לא רק הידיעות אלא ג"כ ההתמסרות, ובישוב דעת ע"ד מורה פלוני או פלוני יש לעשות סה"כ משניהם גם יחד ואח"כ להחליט.
בהנוגע להוספה מצד המורים בשעות למוד, נכון ומוכרח הוא...

However, in this matter one must take into account that in education not only knowledge matters but also dedication; and when calmly considering whether a particular teacher or another is suitable, one should sum up both factors together and then decide.
Regarding increasing teaching hours by the teachers, this is proper and necessary...
