ת"ח על מכתבו בהבשו"ט מהטבת מצב בריאותו בגשמיות ונוסע ג"כ בדרכים לרגלי פרנסתו, ויה"ר מהשי"ת שיבשר ג"כ אודות בריאות ברוחניות שהוא כדבעי למהוי ואשר בנסעו בדרכים בשביל פרנסתו גשמית יתוסף לו ג"כ פרנסה ברוחניות. וע"פ מאמר הבעש"ט הובא בסוף הערות ללקוטי תורה הוצאת קה"ת אשר ישראל באמונה הפשוטה שבלב פועל במקומות שהולך בטהרת האויר וכו' ועאכו"כ כשיש גם מעשה בפועל, ואף ששם מבואר בהנוגע לחו"ל יש ללמוד מזה בבנין אב לענין תוספת הקדושה בארץ ישראל.

Thank you very much for your letter with good news about the improvement of your physical health and that you are also traveling for your livelihood. May it be the will of Hashem that you will also share good news regarding your spiritual health, that it should be as it ought to be, and that as you travel for your material livelihood, your spiritual livelihood will also increase.
According to the teaching of the Baal Shem Tov brought at the end of the notes to Likkutei Torah published by Kehot, a Jew with simple faith in his heart affects purity in the places he goes by purifying the air there, etc., and all the more so when there is also actual deed. And although there it is explained regarding outside of Eretz Yisrael, we can learn from this as a general principle regarding increased holiness in Eretz Yisrael.

The Rebbe teaches that a Jew's simple faith brings spiritual purity wherever he goes—especially when accompanied by action—and this influence is even greater in Eretz Yisrael. Our presence and deeds uplift our surroundings both physically and spiritually.
