In response to your letters from the 21st and 27th of Sivan (as well as previous ones from the end of Nissan, the 4th, 19th, and 24th of Iyar, and the 5th of Sivan—even though I believe I already confirmed their receipt), regarding matters of the network and the Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim in Lod—surely my responses have already reached them and you have read them.

In general, I am astonished that in simple and clear matters, sometimes people err completely—from one extreme to another—contrary to the approach of Lubavitch throughout all time. May it be G‑d's will that at least from now on things will change.

It greatly pains me that apparently the books sent from here are not being distributed properly; some say they are not being distributed at all. What will be the outcome of such conduct? It is hard for me to imagine.

From time to time I recall a saying of my father-in-law, the Rebbe: very soon will come a time—days with no desire in them, which are the days of Moshiach—and people will grab their heads in regret: just now there was a time when so much could have been accomplished, and it was let slip by. As I recall, he said this at that farbrengen as well...

I wrote to Aguch in Tel Aviv that I heard there are manuscripts (and perhaps even original documents) with descendants of Rashan from Bobruisk as well as with descendants of Shazban Shas. I requested that if it turns out this is true and these manuscripts contain material not yet printed—to obtain them and send them here. And if it is not otherwise possible—then at least for a period...

Since you do not mention anything about your health or your family's health—surely each one is in proper health. Nevertheless, I await explicit good news.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches us not to delay action or miss opportunities for positive deeds; once Moshiach comes, we will deeply regret any lost chances to make an impact. Now is our unique moment to act decisively for good.
