I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 28th of Iyar as well as the Haggadah with the book Toldos Yosef; thank you very much.

Regarding what you write about establishing regular study in Chassidus: this Torah has already been printed in several books and pamphlets. You should consult Haraha"ch iy"a nu"n who is involved with tzt"z, mohar Shlomo from Tososof (as written below), who also has books and pamphlets in this sacred part of our Torah.

It is already well known the explanation of the holy Shaloh: "Chatasi ki lo yadati" (I have sinned because I did not know), which teaches that even lack of knowledge is considered a sin—especially in our generation when the holy Arizal ruled that it is a mitzvah to reveal this wisdom.

It is understood that one does not fulfill their obligation by mere recitation alone—even though such recitation is a segulah for many things—rather, Torah study must also be with understanding and comprehension. There is no need to elaborate further on this.
