... Regarding what you wrote about the case when another Sefer Torah is taken out in the middle of the reading—what is the proper practice regarding the blessing? I have not heard any particular traditions about this, and therefore there is only what is printed in the later authorities, especially in Shaar Ephraim and its commentaries. This was copied at the appropriate place in Shaar HaKri'ah section 5 paragraph 2.
I await good news regarding the success of the fundraising for the new building of Yeshivas Oholei Yosef Yitzchak in Melbourne, and regards to all Anash.
