מאשר הנני קבלת מכתביו מאדר"ח וז' אדר שני עם המצורפים אליהם. כן נתקבלה חביל[ת] הספרים ששלח בט"ז שבט. ות"ח ת"ח על העבר ובקשה על להבא.
כבר כתבתי להרה"ג הרה"ח כו' מוהרבא"ג שי', אשר לפלא הדבר שמקמצים כ"כ בכתיבה... והנה אין צועקין על העבר, ובאתי לעוררו שמהענינים הנחוצים לו כעת כאן, גם מהעבר - בטח ימלא בהזדמנות הבאה מבלי לסמוך על כתיבת אחר, ואפי' על מסירה בע"פ. ובפרט בהנוגע לביקורו של מר קול שי' ואח"כ של הרב גולד שי' - שבטח נחוץ לדעת פרטים עד"ז גם כאן, כיון שמזמן לזמן באים בקישור עם המשרדים השונים דארצוה"ב שהם שייכים להנ"ל.
ת"ח על הבשו"ט שכל הב"ב שיחיו בבריאות הנכונה, כן יוסיף לבשר טוב תכה"י.
כמו בכל שנה אעורר גם עתה, אשר כיון שכמה מהתלמידים ותלמידות נוסעים לבתיהם לימי הפסח, נחוץ לתת להם צידה (רוחנית) לדרכם זו - הן בנוגע להם בעצמם, מען זאל ניט ארומגיין ליידיג, והעיקר לעשותם צנורות להמשיך על ידם בהמקומות שיבואו רעיונות היהדות בכלל ורעיונות החסידות הדרכותי' ועניני' בפרט. ונוסף על הנחיצות בזה בשביל הרבים, ה"ז ג"כ צנור ואופן להחדיר בהתלמידים גופא חשק לדעת את הנ"ל בעומק יותר. וכמבואר בכ"מ בדא"ח אשר בשביל להשפיע לאחר צריך לדעת הענין בהבנה יותר עמוקה.
בודאי ניצלו ימי הפורים באופן המתאים, ויודיע עד"ז.

I acknowledge receipt of your letters from Erev Rosh Chodesh and 7 Adar II with their enclosures. The package of books you sent on the 16th of Shevat was also received. Thank you very much for what you have done so far, and I request that you continue in the future.
I have already written to Haraha"g Haraha"ch etc. Morenu Rav BaG Matsov, expressing my surprise at how sparingly people write... However, we do not cry over the past, and I am writing to encourage you that regarding matters necessary for you here now, as well as from the past—certainly you will fulfill them at the next opportunity without relying on someone else’s writing or even oral transmission.
Especially regarding the visits of Mr. Kol and afterward Rabbi Gold—it is certainly necessary to know details about this here as well, since from time to time there is contact with various offices in the United States connected to those mentioned above.
Thank you for the good news that all your family members are in proper health; may you continue to share good news speedily.
As every year, I wish to remind once again: since many of the students (male and female) are traveling home for Pesach, it is necessary to give them spiritual sustenance for their journey—both for themselves (so they should not wander around empty-handed), and mainly to make them conduits through which Jewish ideas in general and especially chassidic concepts, guidance, and matters will be brought into the places they visit.
In addition to its necessity for others, this is also a channel and method to instill within the students themselves a greater desire to understand these matters more deeply. As explained in many places in Chassidus: in order to influence others one must understand the matter more profoundly oneself.
Certainly Purim was utilized appropriately; please inform me about this.

The Rebbe teaches that providing students with spiritual resources before Pesach empowers them personally and enables them to inspire others wherever they go. Sharing Torah and chassidic teachings deepens both their own understanding and positively impacts their communities.
