עס איז ערהאלטען געווארען אייער בריף פון ב' ויקרא. און עס איז א וואונדער וואס איר שרייבט וועגען די ענינים פון דער הויז און אנדערע זאכען גשמיים, און דערמאנט גארניט וועגען אייער השתתפות אין לערנען השתתפות אין חסידישע התועדות און ענליכעס, וואס נאר דאס זיינען די צנורות דרוך וועלכע מען באקומט ברכה והצלחה אין דעם וואס מען נויטיגט זיך. און ווען די צנורות זיינען אין ארדענונג איז דענסטמאל דא א ארט צו וואונדערן זיך פארוואס די השפעה איז ניט ווי מען וויל, אבער ווען מען קוקט אויס נאר אויף השפעה ניט אכטונגגעבענדיק אויף די צנורות, איז וואס איז דאן דער וואונדער?!
זעלבסטפארשטענדליך אז דא איז ניט נוגע דער שרייבען וועגען דעם נאר דער עיקר אז עס זאל זיין די מעשה בפועל ממש צו מוסיף זיין אומץ בתורה ומצות ווי עס פאדערט תורתנו הק' וואס דענסטמאל גיט השי"ת און וועט זיכער מוסיף זיין ברכה והצלחה.
וועגען די געלט וואס איר [האט] באקומען פאר הכנסת כלה, קענט איר דאס אפשיקען דורך מיין מזכירות. אבער מען דארף וויסען פאר וועלכער כלה דאס איז, ווארום באה"ק ת"ו זיינען פראן פיל וועלכע נויטיקען זיך אין דעם, און דענסטמאל וועט מען דאס אפשיקען אויף א פאסענדען אופן.

Your letter from the 2nd of Vayikra was received. It is surprising that you write only about matters of the house and other physical things, and do not mention at all your participation in learning, participation in chassidic farbrengens, and similar activities. Only these are the channels through which one receives blessing and success in what one needs.
When these channels are in order, then there is room to wonder why the influence is not as one desires. But when one looks only for influence without paying attention to the channels, then what is there to wonder about?!
It is self-evident that what matters here is not writing about this, but mainly that there should be actual action to strengthen Torah and mitzvos as our holy Torah requires. Then Hashem will give—and will surely increase—blessing and success.
Regarding the money you [have] received for hachnasas kallah (helping a bride), you can send it through my secretariat. But it is necessary to know for which kallah this is intended, because in Eretz HaKodesh there are many who need this, and then it will be sent in an appropriate manner.
