...ח"ו שמי שהוא מסתפק במה שכבר נרכש ע"י שדה החנוך, ובפרט ע"פ הוראת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע אשר בענינים הקשורים בתורה ומצותי' כל הישג בזה שיהי' אפילו היותר גדול צריך לעורר תאבון מוגדל לפעול יותר ויותר. ובק"ו, ומה אם בהשתדלות קלה פעלו כ"כ, עאכו"כ אם היו משתדלים כדבעי.
ולאידך גיסא הישג אפילו היותר קטן צריך להוסיף אומץ בהמשך העבודה. וג"כ בק"ו, ומה כשעושים בפניות בכ"ז התגברו על ההעלמות וההסתרים שמקורם בחטא העגל [ו]האיר קו אור, הרי עאכו"כ שסייעתא דשמיא בטוחה והבא לטהר באמת מסייעין אותו וכו'...

...G‑d forbid that anyone should be satisfied with what has already been achieved through the field of education, especially according to the instruction of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory. In matters connected to Torah and its mitzvos, every achievement—even the greatest—should arouse an increased appetite to accomplish more and more. All the more so: if with little effort so much was accomplished, how much more so if one would strive as is truly fitting. On the other hand, even the smallest achievement should add strength for continued work. Again, all the more so: when one acts with pure intentions and nevertheless overcomes concealments and obscurations rooted in the sin of the Golden Calf and brings forth a ray of light—certainly then Heavenly assistance is assured, and one who truly seeks to purify himself is helped from Above, etc...
With blessings for proper health and success in educating the sons and daughters of Israel in fear of Heaven and in learning our holy Torah.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that every success in chinuch should drive us to strive for even greater accomplishments. Both large and small achievements are meant to inspire further effort and trust in Divine assistance.
