ואם תפקיד זה הוא על אלו הנמצאים בכרכים גדולים שישנם שם מנין גדול של יראים וחרדים עאכו"כ שזהו מתפקידם של אלו הנמצאים בעיירות והם שם יחידי סגולה היודעים על דבר מאור שבתורה ופנימיותה המחי' גם כן את הנגלה דתורה ומוסיפה בקיום המצות בהידור, ובודאי גם לכת"ר יש האפשרות לעשות בזה ובמילא גם עושה אבל הרי מעלין בקדש ובודאי יוסיף גם בזה בכל אפשריותו וחזקה שליח (שלוחו של הקב"ה שזה כל איש ואשה הישראלית) עושה שליחותו.

I acknowledge receipt of your note stating that your wife's health has improved, may she live, and may Hashem grant you the merit to share good news regarding both physical and spiritual health—that is, fulfilling your mission in this world. The mission of every Jew is to make the world vessels for G‑dliness through spreading and supporting Ner Mitzvah (the candle of mitzvah) and Torah Or (the light of Torah), and the luminary within Torah—this is the Torah of Chassidus, its guidance and customs.
If this task applies to those living in large cities where there are many G‑d-fearing and observant Jews, how much more so does it apply to those living in small towns who are unique individuals there—those who know about the luminary within Torah and its inner dimension which also enlivens the revealed part of Torah and enhances mitzvah observance with beauty. Certainly you too have the ability to do this—and indeed are already doing so—but since we always ascend in holiness, you will surely increase your efforts in every possible way. It is certain that a shaliach (the emissary of Hashem—which every Jewish man and woman is) fulfills his or her mission.
