נצטערתי להודע ע"י הרה"ג הרה"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ כו' מוה"ר... על דבר המיצר שלהם בעסקם. וצריכים להיות חזקים בבטחונם במלך מלכי המלכים הקב"ה המפליא לעשות, שאין זה אלא נסיון ולזמן קצר. וכשיהיו חזקים בבטחונם ויראו זה בפועל, הרי יתבטל הנסיון ויחזרו למעמדם ומצבם ואחרי כן גם יוסיפו עליו, וידוע פתגם כ"ק רבנו הזקן בעל התניא (פוסק בנסתר דתורה) והשו"ע (פוסק בנגלה דתורה) אשר השי"ת נותן לבני ישראל גשמיות ובני ישראל עושים מגשמיות רוחניות. והשי"ת יצליחם שיהיו שני ענינים אלו בריבוי בכמות ובריבוי באיכות.

You must be strong in your trust in the King of kings, the Holy One Blessed be He, Who works wonders; this is nothing but a test and only for a short time. When you are strong in your trust and see this in actuality, the test will be nullified and you will return to your previous standing and situation—and afterwards, you will even add to it.
It is known the saying of our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe, author of the Tanya (the halachic authority in the hidden aspect of Torah) and Shulchan Aruch (the halachic authority in the revealed aspect of Torah), that Hashem gives materiality to Bnei Yisrael and Bnei Yisrael make from materiality spirituality. May Hashem grant you success so that both these matters increase greatly in quantity and quality.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that business hardships are only temporary tests meant to strengthen our trust in Hashem. With steadfast faith, these challenges will pass and lead to even greater success—both materially and spiritually.
