... Now I have received the report from the annual assembly of the Council of Rabbis in Marok (Morocco) for 5712, and I also saw there a brief overview regarding the state of education in the major cities. I was alarmed by the minimal representation of Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak's work; apparently this is only due to a lack of effort in publicizing it, because in several places in the report it is clear that there is a favorable attitude toward Lubavitch. Although on the other hand perhaps it is not advisable to overly publicize Lubavitch's activities so as not to attract an evil eye and jealousy, nevertheless to pass over it with such great silence is the opposite extreme which also is not desirable, as is obvious. Apparently according to their practice they will also print a report for 5713 and surely there is still time to correct this matter there—at least partially—as mentioned above.

I also saw in the above report that they mention as main cities: Fez, Dar-Lebida (Casablanca), Mogador (Essaouira), Port-Lyautey (Kenitra), where apparently Lubavitch has not yet made efforts to inquire about the state of education there; perhaps it would be worthwhile to make an effort in this regard.
