מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מב' בשלח... כבקשתו כשהייתי על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע ביום ההילולא שלו, הזכרתיו ואת האמורים בהפ"נ שלו להמצטרך להם, ובודאי כל אחד מהם עשה כלים מתאימים לקבל התעוררות רחמים של בעל ההילולא אשר הכלי לזה הוא כמובא באגרת הקדש סי' כ"ז וביאורו כאשר נלך בדרך ישרה אשר הורנו מדרכיו ונלכה באורחותיו כו',
וגדולה הזכות ביותר וביותר של זה דמן שמי' קמנו לי' להשפיע על כו"כ מבני ישראל ובפרט על תלמידים שבקרב הימים צריכים לצאת לד' אמות של עצמם ובמילא צריך לזיינם בכל הענינים שיוכלו לעמוד בפני הרוחות הנושבות בעולם הגשמי והחומרי וכיון שלפום גמלא שיחנא הרי בודאי נמסרים ביחד עם זה גם הכחות למילוי הדרישה ועליו להוציאם מהכח אל הפועל.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 2nd of Beshalach... As you requested, when I was at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, on his yahrzeit, I mentioned you and what was stated in your pidyon nefesh for what is needed for you. Surely each one has made appropriate vessels to receive an awakening of mercy from the one whose yahrzeit it is. The vessel for this is as brought in Iggeres HaKodesh section 27 and its explanation: when we walk in the straight path he taught us from his ways and follow in his footsteps, etc.
The merit is exceedingly great for one who was appointed from Above to influence many among the Jewish people—especially students who are soon to go out into their own domains. Therefore, they must be equipped with everything necessary so they can withstand the winds blowing in the material and physical world. And since "according to the camel is its load," surely together with this responsibility are also given the powers needed to fulfill it—and it is upon him to bring them from potential into actuality.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that those guiding students must provide them with all spiritual tools needed to face worldly challenges. Along with this duty comes G‑d-given strength; our task is to actualize these powers through action and commitment.
