במענה על מכתבו, הנה כשאהי' על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, אזכירו להצלחה בלימוד עם תלמידיו שי', ואין להתפעל ממה שהולך בקושי כי כל התחלות קשות, ובשימת לב המתאימה לתכונת נפש תלמידיו ובהנהגה עמהם מיט א שטריינגקייט ובנעימות גם יחד הרי בודאי יתרגל למלאות מלאכתו מלאכת שמים ויצליח בה. והשי"ת יצליחו בהסתדרות טובה בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
בטח יש לו קביעות עתים בנגלה ובחסידות ושומר שלשת השיעורים הידועים בחומש תהלים ותניא.

In response to your letter, when I am at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, I will mention you for success in your teaching with your students. Do not be discouraged by the difficulties you face, as all beginnings are hard. By paying proper attention to the nature of your students and conducting yourself with both firmness (mit a shtreingkeit) and pleasantness together, you will surely become accustomed to fulfilling your sacred work successfully.
May Hashem grant you good arrangements both materially and spiritually. Certainly, you have set times for study in Nigleh and Chassidus and keep the three well-known daily lessons in Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya.
