In response to your message that your son-in-law the Rav and your daughter sheyichyu have purchased, at an auspicious and successful time, a house—using your words: a house of stones. May it be the will of Hashem that 'a change of place brings a change in mazal for good,' and may their home be a gathering place for sages. As explained in Chassidus regarding the precise language of 'wisdom,' especially as clarified by our master the Alter Rebbe in Tanya chapter 35 quoting his teacher the Maggid in explaining the level of wisdom... (one should also bring sources for this from Nigleh, such as Yehuda and others; and it is called so based on what is written in the introduction to Chavos Daas in Yoreh Deah about why it is common among rabbis to call a sage 'Talmid Chacham').
May Hashem grant you strength to increase your efforts as mentioned above and to receive chassidic nachas together with your wife tichyeh from all your children sheyichyu.
Certainly they will make the mortgage—if the seller is Jewish—using a heter iska.
