In response to your message that your son-in-law the Rav and your daughter, may they live, have purchased a house at an auspicious and successful time—and in your words, a house of stones. May it be the will of Hashem that 'a change of place brings a change of mazal for good,' and may their home be a gathering place for sages. As explained in Chassidus regarding the precise wording of 'wisdom,' especially in the gloss of our master the Alter Rebbe in Tanya chapter 35 quoting his teacher the Maggid in explaining the level of wisdom... (one should also bring support for this from Nigleh Torah such as Yehuda and others; it is also called so based on what is written in the introduction to Chavos Daas in Yoreh Deah regarding why it is common among rabbis to call a sage "talmid chacham").
And may Hashem grant you strength to increase your efforts as above and to receive chassidic nachas together with your wife from all your children, may they live.
Certainly you will arrange—if the seller is Jewish—a heter iska.
