תוכן שאלתם: באשר יש שתי אפשריות בהנוגע לקביעות מקום לבנין בית הספר לחקלאות ובית הספר למלאכה בהכפר, אם בסמיכות זה לזה או בריחוק מקום, ושואלים חוות דעתי בזה.
הנני אינני רואה חלק השלילה ברוחניות הדברים כשיהיו שני הבנינים סמוכים. ואדרבה. ומצד הגשמי, הנה עליהם להתיעץ עם כל אלה המעונינים בדבר, ויעשו באופן שיעזור להתפתחות המוסדות ולהתפתחות הכפר. והשי"ת יצליחם. ויהי רצון אשר בעגלא דידן יגשו לבנין הבנינים הנ"ל בפועל ממש ושיהי' בהצלחה בגו"ר.

The content of your question: Since there are two options regarding where to establish the buildings for the agricultural school and the vocational school in the village—whether they should be adjacent to each other or at a distance—you are seeking my opinion on this matter.
I do not see any spiritual downside if the two buildings are adjacent. On the contrary.
As for the practical side, you should consult with all those involved in the matter and act in a way that will help both the development of these institutions and of the village itself. May Hashem grant you success.
May it be His will that very soon you will begin building these buildings in actuality, and that it will be with success both materially and spiritually.
