Shalom u'Vrachah!

With pleasure I received your letter from around Rosh Chodesh Adar and your comments regarding the angel appointed over conception—about whom the Gemara says his name is Lilah—and in the name of the Maggid of Kozhnitz that this is the name Techeh (465), explaining that this follows Tosafot HaRosh in Niddah 16b: that first Hashem grants pregnancy to a woman and afterwards an angel is involved. Seemingly, if you wish to distinguish and explain that the name Techeh does not refer to an angel but rather to Hashem Himself without any intermediary angelic involvement, then even according to Tosafot one could say so. For it is obvious that everything comes from Hashem, and therefore it is connected to some Divine Name—even though afterwards it is handed over to an angel.

Regarding what you wrote about the upcoming Purim farbrengen: as usual, the farbrengen should begin in shul after eight o'clock in the evening. It is understood that according to our Sages' ruling and their exposition on "et haMishkan k'mishpato" (the Mishkan as its order), "that which is [meant for] south should be placed in south" (Yerushalmi Shabbat ch.12 halachah 3).

With honor and wishes for a joyous Purim.
